Give Yourself Time

Give yourself more than a few weeks to adapt and learn. So many of us are used to fast results in this day and age. The quicker the better right?

When it comes to our health, not so much. 

If you're looking for results that will last you a long time, you have to build the habits and lifestyle to do so. Take Julia for example. We worked together for a little over a year. In that time, she changed her life for the better. While learning the ropes with weightlifting and creating a better relationship with food, she also got into cycling and found her self-worth. Stop Delaying Your Progress

When it comes to challenging your preconceptions with weightlifting, you might be surprised by the advice I give in certain circumstances.

Justin here had been an avid gym-goer but was lost as to why he didn't see results. 

After getting him on a stable program and increasing his calorie intake (while also decreasing the amount of cardio he was previously doing), we were able to increase his strength dramatically. 

He also began to see visual results he hadn't seen before. Sometimes you just have to trust the process and challenge previous methods in order to see the progress you've been craving.
