When it comes to nutrition, I provide guidance by calculating a client's macros and offering insight/advice/structuring so that we can implement long-term habits. I don't do meal plans. Why? Legally (and in my opinion, ethically) only *dieticians* (not nutritionists) should be providing people with meal plans. If a trainer is offering meal plans in their coaching and they have no certification (at minimum having no nutrition cert/specialization), it may be time to question how efficient their methods are.

DO YOU INCLUDE MEAL PLANNING FOR CLIENTS ONCE THEY'RE SIGNED ON?
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO WORK WITH YOU? 

No. I can work around the equipment available to you! However, I highly suggest that you have these pieces of equipment available as they make this process much easier when it comes to programming: squat rack, bench press rack, regular bench, barbells, weight plates, and dumbbells.

DO YOU TRAIN IN PERSON?

Yes! I train at Elev8 Performance in Costa Mesa, CA (a Semi-Private Facility for Personal Trainers).

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nope! My training costs are all-inclusive, meaning that if you sign on as a full-time client, you'll have access to both programming, nutritional help, website access (exercise library and articles), accountability measures, and 24/7 contact with me!
